Running a successful company like DHB Industries Inc., the driving force of the company David H Brooks reached a cross road in life in which he decided to help the wounded war veterans settle down in life when they return home. As a positive step towards this decision he started a foundation namely David H Brooks Foundation that provides all sorts of support to the injured soldiers of America.

Providing bullet proof vests to the US army for a long period of time has developed a sympathetic understanding in David towards the plight of the returning soldiers struggling to settle down in a civil life. This inspired him to come forward with a helping hand towards the heroes of our country providing them with not only financial support or housing assistance or health care and medical facilities but also with counselling service and physical therapy as well. His foundation also lends a supportive encouragement to the families so that they can cope with the tough situation.

Indeed it is not always only tough for the soldiers to settle down in a civil life but can also become tough on the family members as well to cope up with an ex-army personal. Thus an over-all support and assistance is required for the wounded soldiers to settle down comfortably.

This foundation is funded and run entirely by David H Brooks the founder and the back-bone of the organization. This is a non-profit organization which aims to ensure that the wounded soldiers of America are no longer neglected and left alone to fend for themselves. We should all come forward and support such an organization as this is the least we can do to pay our respect to the heroes of our country. After all they go to the battle field or at the borders of the country in order to ensure our safety. It is due to their courageous move that we have the assurance to sleep peacefully at night. David H Brooks has set an example before us to which we should all encourage and lend our support as much as we can.
